Course Prerequisite: Basic Internet Skills
Basic Internet skills entail the ability to:
- Launch a Web browser
- Navigate to Web pages using URLs, links on pages, and bookmarks
- Understand the various elements of a Web page (such as content, links, images, and media)
- Download, save and open documents (such as PDFs) from a Web page onto your computer
- Register and log in to a Web site that requires authentication
- Post content to a Web site (such as discussion board or feedback page) using a form on a Web page
