Crunching Big Data With Hadoop gives you hands-on experience with distributed data-crunching using Apache Hadoop. You’ll learn the Hadoop software as well as related tools and libraries and how to work with very large data sets using a simple programming model. You'll have access to our Hadoop computing cluster, and we've prepared a number of hands-on, real-world coding exercises to ensure you have a solid understanding of Hadoop concepts as they pertain to very large data sets.
